WHO IS CHAI TEE TEA COMPANY?

First off, hello! Chai Tee was started by Andreea and Ali Sarvi in 2020 and is under the umbrella of United Fashion Square LLC company, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. We’re in the business of rolled, whole leaves, and giving you the best cup of organic tea going.

HOW DO I SPEND MY CHAI TEE COINS?

For normal orders, just log in and head to checkout. Use the ‘Chai Tee Coins Slider’ to take off the money & you’re good to go. Just remember to keep the total value above 100 aed to avoid the shipping charge.

WHAT ARE CHAI TEE COINS?

Chai Tee Coins are our rewards scheme. Every 10 AED you spend on an order with us gets you 1 Chai Tee Coin. You can use them again for money off future orders (10 Chai Tee Coins = 1 AED off). Spend them little by little, or save them up for a whopping discount.

HOW DO I SET UP A SUBSCRIPTION?

Head to the ‘Subscribe’ page. Choose your blend. Choose how often. Choose when to start. Checkout & we’ll do the rest. Sit back and enjoy tea delivered straight to your door.

HOW DO I ACTIVATE AN ACCOUNT?

Just sign up on our site to manage your orders, subscriptions, and Chai Tee Coins. Make sure you use the same email you’ve ordered with before, and it’ll link your account. New to Chai Tee? Sign up and start collecting Chai Tee Coins on every order.

I CAN’T LOG IN

Make sure you’re using the email you signed up with. If you can’t remember your password, just hit ‘forgot password’ and we’ll email you some instructions to get back in. Having trouble? Get in touch – sale@chaitee.me

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? {INTERNATIONAL}

It depends on where you are in the world. If you’re in Europe or MENA, your order will take around 2-7 working days. If you’re further afield, allow 10-14 working days for delivery.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, absolutely. We ship all over the world. Sometimes the shipping can pose an issue, so if that’s you, just shoot us an email & we’ll sort it for you. sale@chaitee.me. We charge 30$ a box to most countries - as a guide we can fit roughly 100$ worth of tea in one box, but it’s not an exact science. So give us a shout if you want to know what you can fit in yours.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? {UAE}

We don't like to keep you waiting, so we send all orders placed before 4pm on the same day with AHOY for (United Arab Emirates) and should arrive in 1 working day, but sometimes it’s a little longer. If it’s been more than 2 working days, let us know & we’ll sort you out.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

The lot. You can pay by credit or debit card {Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, }, PayPal. That being said, you can’t pay for subscriptions via PayPal. Sorry about that. So make sure you’ve got your card to hand.

CAN I RETURN SOMETHING IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Yes, as long as it’s unused and boxed you can send it back, but we recommend you to get in touch first to see if we can help. You’ll have to ship it back to us yourself, and we recommend using tracked delivery. Make sure you bob some details in the box so we know who it’s from. Once it arrives, we’ll get your refund or exchange sorted.
