Brewing tip

Use 1/2 tsp per cup or 1/2 tsp per person for a teapot. Pour freshly boiled water, cooled to 70-80C, over the leaves and infuse for 1-3 minutes. May be re-steeped several times. Try brewing in a glass tumbler without using a filter.
Jasmine tea is recommended for pairing with coconut desserts, and in general all mildly sweetened Asian desserts go fantastically well with it, which is possibly why you'll be served a pot of jasmine tea as soon as you sit down for dim-sum.
